Currently unavailable

Hi guys, if you guys didn't already know, I'm currently going through the 'A' levels examinations, more popularly known as HELL. Explains my hiatus.

So this post is just going to be brief and basically just pictures of what i ate/baked/cooked and some life updates :)

Enjoy ~

First up, breakfast pictures! (basically just different variations of oatmeal)

Oat-ception - oatmeal topped with granola hehe

Chocolate oatmeal with banana

Banana infused oatmeal with chocolate chips

Apple oatmeal with caramelised apples and dried apricots

Next, we have lunch pictures! (sorry no dinner pictures cause i don't prepare my dinner heh)

Soba set lunch - organic soba with nori and edamame (tossed in sesame oil), carrot celery and shimeiji stir fry, potato with tomatoes (BEST EVERRRR)

Soba salad - organic soba with celery, carrot, shimeiji and sprinkled with black sesame seeds

Finally a meal from civilisation, haha! Vegan burg, my fav place :)

Attempted to make potato gnocchi - made from instant mashed potatoes and self-raising flour and tossed in cheese and butter. Side of tomatoes and pea sprouts cooked down in balsamic vinegar. DAMN GOOD but i think i undercooked some of the gnocchi :(

Baked goods nowww

Our pandan cake!!! (made by my dad and i) This is our 2nd attempt and it turned out better than the first! I highly suspect it was because we didnt use the correct ingredients the first time round haha!

Matcha cookies! These were DIVINE. I swear. Fragrant like butter cookies but with a depth of matcha bitterness. Not too sweet, not too overpowering. Perfection.

Went for the annual SHAPE run with my Mum and her sisters, feeling so accomplished cause i think i clocked a better timing than last year (it is my second year participating). To many more years ahead! *cheers*

Okay well, that's it from me for now!
Time to hit the books again *cries* but on a happier note, IT'S ALL ENDING IN ABOUT 2 WEEKS. Awyeah. It smells of freedom, baby.

Countdown: 14 days to liberation

Love,
Bel
